What it is:
I co-facilitate the managers' club Pioneers at heart a one-year course for 8 to 10 managers, with 5 collective highlights to take a step back among peers, 3 individual sessions and a peer-coaching system. The spirit : strengthening its pioneering spirit, to clarify its commitments and act in the service of future generations.
Executive Master of Polytechnique
What it is:
L’Executive Master from École Polytechnique is a programme of excellence that opens leaders up to the strategic thinking, the’innovation and large-scale transformations.
My role:
I am part of the coaching team of the programme. I accompany participants - managers and executives from a wide range of companies - throughout their career, individual and group Taking a step back, adopting a leadership stance, cooperating and integrating what has been learned in the field.
Châteauform’ - expertsenform
What I do:
I am part of the «expertsenform» at Châteauform’. I work for them and their customers to developing multicultural issues understanding of codes, cooperation between cultures, inclusive governance... in short, everything that enables international teams to gain in clarity, respect and efficiency.

My position and what I say:
I shares the values from The Sentimental Company and I work in partnership with major groups to deliver a performance that's more sensitive, manager and demanding empathic communication, listening rituals, governance that takes care of people.
