Leadership and vision

Creating MaiWay was an obvious choice. I help my customers to align with themselves, to quickly (re)find their own path: one in which they excel, create sustainable value and grow their business without betraying themselves.

With 35 years' experience, punctuated by transitions, and some twenty years as a manager, I have learnt to gradually align myself with what drives me deeply.

Today, I encourage the managers I coach to unleash the energy of their potential and reveal their Being beyond the Doing.

My multicultural origins (Vietnam, Germany) give me a great facility for dealing with cultural and relational issues, in business, organisational, international or intergenerational contexts.

My approach is integrative: pragmatic tools derived from cognitive, behavioural and systemic approaches, neuroscience and Eastern wisdom. Emotional and energetic work.

In particular, I use the I Ching (Book of Transformations), an age-old Chinese art that sheds light on the dynamics of change and helps us to make the right decisions in complex contexts.

I work with executives and managers in France and abroad, providing individual and group coaching, assessment, 360° debriefing, co-development, career transition, learning expeditions and preparation for retirement.

The experience Maïway

Since 2009, I've been working with senior executives and their teams, who are faced with leadership, cooperation and performance issues in complex, multicultural environments, particularly when integrating teams, international management or mergers.

After 19 years in the corporate world in marketing, communications and sales management positions, I decided to devote myself fully to supporting managers and improving the sustainable performance of organisations by setting up my own business.

Committed to the development of the coaching profession, I was a member of Syntec Coaching for ten years and am a certified member of the ESSEC «Women Be European Board Ready» programme.

I work in French and English, and speak fluent German.
