Certified 11Dots for Collective Intelligence, I use a grid for diagnosing and transforming team functioning, which enables the collective intelligence of a team to be assessed and developed.
Created by Florence Lamy, This model is based on a systemic understanding of the team as a living organism. It can be used to quickly establish a holistic diagnosis of how a team functions, in order to improve both its performance and its level of well-being.
This approach, backed up by experience in the field and recent research into collective intelligence, provides invaluable support for team coaching.

What is the ideal size for a group?
6 to 12 people is a good format [to be adjusted], with the possibility of sub-groups. If more than 12 people, 2 coaches will be present.
How long will it take?
Often 1-2 days open + 2 to 4 follow-up sessions (over 3-6 months).
Is it possible to work with a hybrid?
Yes. We combine face-to-face and videoconferencing sessions with appropriate collaborative tools.
What deliverables?
