Do you have any questions? Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions before our first meeting. I will of course be happy to answer any specific questions you may have.
How does individual coaching with MaiWay work?
It all starts with a free interview to clarify your objectives. We then co-define a contract: number of sessions (generally 6 to 12), pace (every 2-3 weeks) and success indicators. Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, either face-to-face or remotely, and a final assessment measures the progress made.
Do you work remotely, on-site or internationally?
Coaching sessions are held in Paris or by videoconference. I work in French, English and German, and regularly travel abroad to coach teams and seminars.
What concrete benefits can I expect for my team?

How are your prices set?
Each support package is tailor-made: after the discovery interview, we send you a detailed and transparent proposal.
