Additional resources to inform decisions and accelerate awareness.

Ever since I founded MaiWay, I've believed that we really transform when we combine requirement and humanity. So I get involved at the heart of ecosystems that embody these values, to circulate practices, strengthen links and create a lasting impact.

I Ching - Reading the dynamics of change

The I Ching - the «Book of Changes» - which has now become a world heritage site, explores the way in which situations evolve, the tensions that run through them and the possible outcomes. I use it occasionally when a crucial question The drawing and reading of hexagrams does not negate rational analysis, but rather enhances it. complete. Strategic Numerology (EDNS) - Gifts, potential and the right tempo

Strategic numerology (EDNS) is an approach to numerology structured which, based on birth data, sheds light on gifts, potential and basic needs, as well as temporality (age, personal year, cycles).
I use it as a personal development tool for managers and executives: clarify on what really drives them, strengthen the impact on their current position or redirect their careers with discernment.

Jeanne Garnier Medical Centre

Why am I interested in the subject of the end of life?

Because the end of life concerns us all one day, I have chosen to make it a commitment.
Death has long been a frightening subject for me, particularly when I became a mother and the idea of losing a child terrified me. To tame this fear, I studied and researched, from the works of Elisabeth Kübler-Ross to the Tibetan Book of Life and Death.

In the 90s, I was introduced to palliative care. My desire to accompany people at the end of their lives came up against my professional and family responsibilities - but it never went away.

I came back to it much later, accompanying my mother in her final days. After five years of illness, we opted for palliative care. She left soothed, surrounded, and that moment had a profound effect on me: dignity, humanity, presence, right at each person's pace.

Since then, my conviction has grown stronger: everyone deserves a gentle, conscious and respected end to life.
It's in this spirit that I've been involved for over two years as a volunteer with Jeanne Garnier's AIM association.

I see this journey as the first step in a wider project, to which I hope to contribute over the next decade.

Developing palliative care - Mamijo

I'm part of the association and the strategic orientation committee of Mamijo, an association making palliative care accessible to all in France. The children of Angkor Wat

The association «Les Enfants d'Angkor Wat» was founded in 2012 by Dominique Roussel. Its mission is very concrete: defining, financing and implementing projects in Cambodia for some of the most disadvantaged children - often orphans or those on the verge of dropping out of school - with a priority given to schooling as a lever for protection and the future (staying in school, access to vocational training). The association also acts in support of key local players, in particular Bayon Education & Development, I support this approach in all its forms, because it changes the trajectory of children, one class at a time. I support this approach in all its forms, because it changes the trajectory of children, one class at a time.
